This project specializes in the daily collection and preservation of vegetables and fruits from public markets in Riyadh. The produce is preserved after being confiscated from unauthorized vendors, in collaboration with the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture, and the Joint Operations Center at Riyadh Municipality. These fruits and vegetables are then distributed to the registered families and individuals in the association. The project aims to reduce food waste and support household stability by ensuring weekly food security for beneficiaries.
