A non-profit civil society organization established in 2015 under license No. (733) from the National Center for the Development of the Non-Profit Sector; It is dedicated to preserving surplus food and reducing food waste by collecting edible surplus from restaurants, hotels, wedding halls, and event venues; sorting it according to food safety standards; and then distributing it to eligible beneficiaries in a manner that preserves human dignity and achieves community sustainability.

The association also seeks to promote a culture of preserving foods and maximizing the impact of resources through operational and awareness programs and effective community partnerships.
